Our bon bons are handcrafted in small batches in New England, pairing exceptional chocolate with timeless flavors, from silky caramel sea salt to delicate raspberry vanilla.

Dark Chocolate
A single origin dark chocolate ganache, poured into a 70% single origin dark chocolate shell. Elegant, intense, and true to its origin.

Milk Chocolate
A 40% milk chocolate ganache, cradled within a shell of the same fine milk chocolate. Sweet, velvety, and quietly indulgent.

Hazelnut
Our own hazelnut paste, folded into a house-blended semi-sweet chocolate ganache, and finished in a 70% dark chocolate shell. A timeless pairing, done properly.

Caramel Sea Salt
A soft caramel, slowly prepared with fresh cream, butter, and organic cane sugar, set within a milk chocolate shell and crowned with a whisper of fleur de sel. Sweet and salt, in perfect measure.

Raspberry Vanilla
Raspberry purée and Madagascar vanilla bean, folded into a white chocolate ganache and finished in a white chocolate shell. Delicate, fragrant, and lovely.
